The intrinsic characteristics of the top edge have been assessed according to the European technical specifications CEN/TS 1793-4. The attenuation due to the top device has been evaluated at several distances. Finally, it is also presented the results obtained by 2D and 3D numerical simulations using a Boundary Element Method, in order to verify the results achieved in the measurement campaign.8enginfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccessMaite II: 3D Numerical Simulation for sound diffraction of added deviceconference outputBarrierDiffractionNoiseSimulationAcoustics and UltrasonicsSDG 9 - Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructurehttp://www.scopus.com/inward/record.url?scp=84868650448&partnerID=8YFLogxK
