The bond mechanism of rebars to concrete is the phenomenon on which is based the structural behaviour of this composite. This paper examines the bond behaviour of different reinforced polymer concretes subjected to both monotonic and cyclic loading. The results give an estimate of the static and dynamic bond capacity for the different types of concrete. The fatigue results also show great sensitivity to the testing procedure as well as the fabrication of the specimens.en
